OVERVIEW
Designing for collaboration
Students and teachers demand immersive experiences as part of their academic life. They understand the need for experiential settings that reflect the real world they face after graduation. Academic and research facility design is key. Although they enthusiastically embrace video conferencing, data sharing, and the use of collaboration software to work virtually, they know well that a rich campus experience is imperative to their educational success. From this, we know that today’s highly technologically advanced academic and research facilities must be designed to foster communication, collaboration, and creativity.
We are fully attuned to the needs of today’s students and teachers. We listen, question, research, and collaborate to deliver functional, flexible, sustainable, healthy, transparent, and attractive facilities that reflect your vision, programs, and ambitions.
Our experience with post-secondary institutions is vast and covers learning centres, digital libraries, high-density libraries, student residences, performing arts centres, observatories, training facilities, and more.
