Kasian was engaged by Wildstone Construction for this project, which was spearheaded by a group of investors, Interrobang Developments. Collaborating closely with The Airey Group—both an investor and design partner alongside Wildstone—we combined complementary expertise in design, planning, and construction. This partnership enabled us to effectively address the site’s unique challenges while unlocking its full potential. The seamless synergy between the teams resulted in a harmonious integration of architectural innovation and strategic site planning.
Nestled within the heart of Okanagan Falls, Lemonade Lane offers boutique residential units that seamlessly blend modern living with breathtaking landscapes.
The master plan and architectural design, developed in collaboration with the Airey Group, leverage the site’s unique topography and natural features to create a walkable community that fosters a healthy lifestyle and a strong connection to nature. The integrated design prioritizes community building and sustainability, resulting in a vibrant, family-oriented neighbourhood.
Architecturally, the homes embrace a modern farmhouse aesthetic, blending timeless rural elements with contemporary design. With steep gabled roofs, vertical board-and-batten siding, and contrasting black-framed windows, the clean-lined architecture highlights both functionality and charm. A natural material palette of white façades and dark accents is complemented by playful, vibrant front doors, which add individuality while maintaining a cohesive look. Inside the two- and three-bedroom homes continue the natural material palette, creating warm and inviting living spaces that harmonize with the surrounding environment.
