Celebrating our interior design leaders
We’re delighted to announce our Principal and workplace sector lead, Sally Mills, was inducted into the College of Fellows of the Interior Designers of Canada (IDC) and our Senior Associate, Christine Weber Craik, was appointed to the Board of Directors.
Founded 50 years ago, IDC is the national advocacy association for the interior design profession. As the national advocacy body, IDC represents more than 5,000 members including fully qualified interior designers and related professionals.
IDC also has over 200 manufacturers and suppliers as members who provide products and services for interior design projects and firms.

About Sally and Christine
Sally Mills – Sally employs her 30 years of expansive design experience to transform corporate interiors into places of innovation and collaboration. Regarded as a mentor from both interior design professionals and students, Sally’s forte lies in mentoring and guiding her team, harnessing their collective wisdom, and co-creating compelling spaces. Working across sectors her experience spans major brands such as BDO, KPMG LLP, Teck Resources, WeWork, Translink, Metro Vancouver, Marine Drive Golf & Country Club and Electronic Arts (EA).
Christine Weber Craik – Christine brings decades of experience working in the interior design and environmental gerontology industry, primarily in geriatric healthcare and senior living design. She brings a depth of knowledge and experience having designed complex projects including luxury independent living, assisted living, memory and dementia care, complex care and geriatric behavioural health environments in the US and Canada. Recent clients include Revera, Brightwater Senior Living, True North Ventures, Bria Communities / Century Holdings.
