As a pragmatic and straightforward leader, my goal is always the success of the project and everyone involved.

I bring decades of experience as an interior designer and architectural technician to my work as Kasian’s ID quality manager, providing that last set of eyes to make sure every document that leaves our office meets our exacting standards. I’ve worked on a variety of projects, ranging from healthcare to multifamily residential projects. I’ve contributed to complex, large-scale endeavors across Canada, as well as more intimate projects closer to home—such as converting a floor of Kasian’s Vancouver office building into an amenity space for all of the building’s tenants.

What drew you to your current role?

“I began as an architectural technologist before joining an architectural firm with a large interior design department, and from there my career evolved from design to management. That’s provided great opportunities to help guide a project toward success.”

What do you like most about working at Kasian?

“We have a great group of people that really looks after one another. The senior staff are really good at providing support, and that’s important for building both company culture and longevity while also helping emerging designers develop.”
