With over 20 years of experience, I’ve designed some of Canada’s most reputable healthcare facilities. My unique experience in architecture as well as hospital infrastructure and planning helps me manage a wide range of projects, from small-scale renovations to complex, multi-million-dollar redevelopments. What inspires you?

“Working with people. I love projects where there’s a great working relationship and shared vision with the client and the design team. I’m inspired by working on projects that give something back, projects that make people’s lives better. You want to create long-lasting spaces that people will use and make their own.”

How would you describe your leadership style?

“I keep an even keel and seek consensus without forcing it. I actively listen, and I don’t come to the table with a predetermined mindset on what the team should do. I establish common ground and cohesiveness.”
